I booked Tom's place after signing a contract in Roanoke VA for OR. Fast forward about 5 weeks later I was on my way to my assignment as it cancelled. I contacted Tom and he was so nice and understanding. He refunded everything (total $1300). I would highly recommend him and his place, as we know as travelers kindness and understanding are appreciated.

Expensive at 1500, but everything is included (tv, cable, internet, dishes, linens, furniture, utilities). 0.5 mile from hospital, great neighborhood and quiet apartments.
