Compromises patient safety and will cancel contract if you refuse a patient that is unsafe. Admission/transfer policies place nurses and patients in Jeopardy. Highly do not recommend any department.

Most staff does not like travelers. They push to empty the waiting when your trying to stabilize an ICU patient, control a hypertensive stroke and all they care about is getting the enema done on the bed bound patient so a bed could be freed up for another ER patient in the waiting. Charge nurses sit and eat all night instead of helping. Always 60+ in WR.

This department has issues with leadership and staff staying. No support from leadership, no accountability for staff assignments. HR had to come speak with the entire department to find out issues on why staff were constantly leaving so an action plan could be developed. The travelers were able to provide input as well. Cancellation of contracts early!

Best gig out of 20. Great manager, good ratios, friendly and helpful staff. Nice area, too. I would definitely return. I stayed 6 months, which is unusual for me.
