Mike is pretty amazing and is always there for me. Never truly pressured me to take a job and I felt he had my back on these jobs through the last few years. Easy to get along with, easy to talk to, and never let me feel like I am by myself on these assignments. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a recruiter in their corner.

When Valley was bought out by Total Med, he turned into a Hard Salesman. He had a series of questions to ask and got stuck on how low of pay would I accept, then proceeded to tell me that if a job came up even $1 less than what I told him I wouldn't hear about it. He kept trying to get me to say a lower pay and would not move past it.
