Matt is a nice guy, but offered me significantly less money for a contract I had done in the past with a different company. He helped me to get the pay back to the level I had received in the past after complaint. Then I was trying to get a contract for a new hospital after, he offered (I'm not kidding) 1400$ less per month than I ended up with. Can't trust.
