Lora is honest at all times and gives me honest reviews of various hospitals. She really supports all her travelers. If her cell phone is on, then she always answers it, including Sunday mornings. It's hard to find that level of dedication. I am paid well and I haven't had any nasty surprises when comparing packages with other travelers. Highly recommend!
