Made promises he could not keep re: reimbursement for travel expenses, licensing, and onboarding ed hours. Contract pushed back 3x, then canceled; ghosted me about reimbursement/pay, then retaliated by filing (bogus) complaint to my home BON when I tried to go above his head to get paid. (BON dismissed complaint as unfounded, BTW.)
