Was given a blended rate in contract to find out later my taxable rate was only $7.25/hr. Ignored my concerns about unsafe staffing ratios. Asked me 1week before the end of my assignment to renew. Contacted me 1 month AFTER the end of my assignment to offer me other assignments.
