He will say he has lots of contracts available but never follow through on them. I suggested the pay was higher with another agency, and he said that the best he could do was what he told me. He mostly just calls/texts to see how things are going and has never actually shown me options despite me asking.

Dishonest. Wants to pay very little money. Had a job in the bag but, they refuse to go up to respectable wage. RN walked away. RN found out they asked the hospital for more money. Told nurse hospital gave more money when RN found hospital did not. Agency just finally decided we better give more. RN didn't bother with new offer. No time for games. wasteoftime
