Doesn't understand what nurses do. Passive aggressive and rude! Blackballs people in all facilities that cross country and all of it's affiliates work with if you don't let her bulldoze you or if she doesn't like you. Horrible interpersonal skills and lack of professionalism.

Very rude! Makes things up about what you tell her. Doesn't listen, only wants to hear what she wants to. Doesn't allow you to speak. Interrupts frequently. Calls repeatedly if you do not answer her calls.
