Never hear from him until like 2 or 3 weeks before the contract ends. If there's any issues he lies and says they're taken care of but then those issues blow up in your face later on and you get blamed for the problem but to your face he tries to blame somebody else... usually somebody at the hospital but sometimes somebody in the agency too...more than once
