This project is only 5 days old and already I have 72 reports of canceled contracts. This doesn't include the huge mass cancellation at O'Connor hospital in San Jose, California that cancelled over 20 travelers all at once because of an administration problem. I also heard that there was a large cancellation in Alaska that included around 15 travelers. If you do the math, that's 107 cancelled contracts for this year, that we know about. My estimate is the actual number of canceled contracts for year 2017 is 3-4 times that number. Because not all nurses are on Facebook and because not all nurses and recruiters participate in this project, I can't give an accurate number of actual cancellations, but I think my estimates are fair.

Please encourage all your healthcare travel friends and recruiters / agencies to report their canceled contracts to http://cancellationdatabase.com/cancellations/report , no matter how long ago it occurred. The more data we can collect, the easier it will be for us to determine what facilities are doing the most cancelling. We can then avoid those frequent contract cancelling facilities.
