traveler signed 6 month contract until 11/20/2017 but was told most contracts are being either canceled or cut short due to budgeting problems and emr conversion delay.

facility stated they are not rolling out new emr as scheduled and no longer need the extra staff. 26 week contract shortened to 19 weeks and bonuses cut in half. all depts effected
