Poor management. Dr's & MDA's bad. unsafe practices. Great co-workers, couldn't figure out why they stayed there when there is a hosp around every corner. Always called in on call, then had to work next day. Weekends not staffed, so if your on call you work all weekend. Someone usually wouldn't answer when called in (PACU, relief person, tech) & nothing done

The hospital is struggling and may not survive. BUT the manager really does the best job corporate will allow. Team is filled with travelers....due to the doctors are in charge.....the hospital is not in charge. It is a case management challenge ....
