No orientation unless you count being placed with a disgruntled employee for a few hours and a traveler who started the week before for a day. Charge nurses are not helpful. You may or may not get breaks. SPD is extremely far away. Everything is disorganized. No overhead page system. Never oriented how things go during callback. Lots of staff quit.
