Most staff are not inclusive nor helpful. There are severe stocking issues (worked 2 shifts with no pulse ox). No one helps you put your patients on a monitor when you get an ambulance - techs (with the exception of one or two 'good' ones will watch you drown, and walk away when you ask for help. Management is hateful. They've cancelled 8 travelers so far.
