Zero orientation days except a half day class on EMR (McKesson) that was not even the slightest helpful. Had 3 ICU patients on my first day. To this day, worst residents I have ever worked with. To this day, worst contract I've ever taken. Nursing staff however was incredibly kind and helpful for the most part.
