I was worried when I heard it called “Wash Rag,” but I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Staff know what teamwork is. Ratios a little high (should me max of 1:5 (RNs) and 1:10 (CNAs) but weekends are usually 1:6 (RNs) and 1:18 (CNAs). EMR is a decent build of Cerner but no computers are built into the room and there are few WOWs so handheld CareMobiles are used,
