My last float pool assignment EVER. Some units were nice and grateful for help but others were hostile. The ones that were hostile complained about any little petty thing. I dreaded walking in and finding out I was assigned to one of the horrible units. They cancelled my contract TWO DAYS early because of something a nurse said I did that I didn’t do.

traveler states pt family member complained about traveler not ambulating patient and reconnecting an iv line that was dropped on floor. traveler states due to time constraints they were not able to ambulate pt immediately and denies reconnecting iv dropped on floor.
