Racial tension. Incompetent CNAs. Charge nurse bullies. Very nasty and demeaning. New travelers to the unit get hardest assignments. Extreme lack of infection control. Work schedule is finalized and then you get random emails changing your previously scheduled and approved shifts. Staff very angry, don’t even greet each other. Run! 🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️🏃🏽♂️
