Friendly staff, but kept travelers at a sharp distance. Most staff with less than 6 months experience. Would float midshift, no notice, over 75% of contract had me on the floors. Would dump on travelers consistently, heavy loads or violent pts. Rude resident MDs, poor response times from MDs. Lots of pressure to do unsafe things or things outside scope.

Expected me to come out of med room while preparing or dispensing meds to answer phone at nurses desk. A tech was ALWAYS sitting at desk. Apparently don’t know or care that the med nurse is NOT to be distracted.
Also would pull me to a different floor after I had pulled meds for floor I was working. I would be notified at the time Meds pass started!
