I have to say this was a very good traveler experience. Epic was just upgraded in July, the ratio for step down tele 4:1 Very rarely you may get a 5th patient. There is always a free charge nurse ,and support from staff. This is a teaching hospital and always busy. I was floated only 3 times in 26 weeks , You are treated well .
