hard/busy floor but great staff, supportive management, nurse externs/techs/help all RN at least one per shift and they try to have a free charge as well. really welcomed me as a traveler i extended twice

This was my 1st travel assignment and I have not enjoyed it. This hospital has a culture of landing the travelers. My unit was pretty bad about this. All the worst patients ( aggressive, constantly incontinent) were reserved for the travelers. No techs or dont get used to them. You may or may not have techs. And no free charge to help when. You're slammed.
