Tele/ms Float pool; 4N neurology is a terrible floor. No help at all from charge RN and staff. This floor is strictly travelers and International nurses. Max patients is 6 but floor is heavy and no techs to help at night. Patients are either confused/aggressive or total care. Was told by recruiter via paperwork that facile prefers block schedule..NOT true!

This is one of the few hospitals in Florida that takes progressive/intermediate care seriously. The Neuro IMCU I worked in had a hard 3:1 ratio all the time, with monitors and cameras in all rooms. The acuity is high, but they make sure you have what you need to do the job right.
