They called my recruiter and told them I was refusing to float on my third day which was on a Saturday. The director didn't even know which day it was. She said some time over the weekend. I only worked Saturday. No one offered me to float and there was no need for a float because of adequate staffing.... aftere signing to float between hospitals as well!!
