Epic charting. Plum pumps. The whole hospital is 25 beds, so critical access. 4 of those ICU, royal blue scrubs. 1:4 for tele 1:5 for ms. Always in ratio for RNs, one CNA who does vitals and gives out water. Lots of confused combative Pts. Doctors don’t like to use anything to calm pt so basically you just get your butt kicked. Usually a charge for lunches
