Staffing was alright. Entire hospital (outside of ICU) is basically considered 'step down' but you don't usually have all stepdown patients and sometimes not even 1. Most nights 5 patients. Occasionally they will 'Flex' you to 6 patients which gets hard. They do have techs. Epic charting. You will float everywhere even if u worked night b4. Solid hospital.
