Critical access facility with less than 200 births per year, 6 bed LDRP unit, 2 RN's staffed per shift. No in house anesthesia, no in house OR team. Family medicine docs straight out of residency, poorly trained RN's, you will fear for your patients lives and your license. There is nothing safe about this facility.
