6 patients for night and 5 for day. 1-2 aids for night. 1 provider for night shift to cover 2 med-surg, 1 PCU, one Rehab and 1 Geri psych unit plus ED admission . Provider got very grumpy when night shift nurses ask for orders. Most of the vital carts are broken, wow batteries do not hold charge. A lot of drama among staff and management
