Manager, Mark, is sexually inappropriate. Staff ratios are often 1:3. Staff has exceptional teamwork and are friendly and supportive. Small hospital so it is easy to get to know people.

PBDS....Inquired to agency traveling with at that time prior to signing the contract and was told no PBDS. Contract signed and 2/3's the way driving across the country story changed and then she sts 'yes but don't worry about it'. Test given day 3 or 4 of first week.
