Manager Tina and and assist manager Randa(highest level Ed H.S. diploma) are the worst in leadership position. They do not follow through with what they say. They just tell you what you want to hear. When staff are angry, Tina and Randa will buy lunch for everyone and tell them they're doing great. Lots of favoritism. Staff vent, 'I hate this fucken place!'.
