Disorganized, my contract was Days - got there and it was nights or nothing - btw it was -25 degrees out and it would have cost me too much financially-I stayed .. manager schedules you for one facility then you show up and they changed you to another 30 miles away. Very unsafe - rarely staffed according to safe ratios, most travelers are unhappy there.
