Traveler friendly, most staff is nice and helpful. Most MDs and PAs are great to work with and feel like for the most part the unit was organized. Cancelled contract with just 4 weeks to go due to low census.

Tele 8 is awesome. Tele 7 another story. New grads training travelers. Manager doesnt want to hear the issues on the floor. Travel pairs are split between tele 7 and tele 8.. They will tell you in interview that they will match up schedules , they do not. Asst managers offer help but dont. Go to a diff floor if coming to Renown

The unit is huge and you do not have the support to do your job safely. They don't support the travel nurses and if something goes wrong they blame everything on them. There are mostly new grads on these units and they themselves are just learning to be nurses and cannot offer any support to the travel RN's. Very disorganized.

Was cancelled due to temp license expired and perm still hasn't been processed. My fault, not Renown's.

Cutting travelers to save money. I was one of three today that had their contract cancelled.
