The ED night shift crew rock. They treat you like family/apart of the staff team. Charge is fair in assignments. Friendly to travelers
15 bed ER. Level 3 trauma center. Only downside is not much collaboration between physician and nurse. Only 1 attending on overnight.

Staff is friendly to travelers. Floating is not very often and in my experience you are used as a break nurse instead of taking full assignments on the floor. Satisfyingly flexible with scheduling and you are able to fill in your own schedule. Overkill on what you have to be 'checked off' on to be able to take care of (read- perm staff only).
