No triage. That’s right let me repeat that, there is no triage. This is close to the not great area of town. The nurse to patient ratio is horrible. There were times where is was just one ER nurse and a float from another unit that couldn’t technically take patients in a 23 bed ER. Patients sit in the waiting room for hours sometimes without a triage. Scary
