This is a IHS facility and the best ER I have ever been in (been a traveler for over 6y). Only take care of ESI 3-5, a 1:2 ratio (occasionally a 3rd hall bed). Work alongside uniformed PHS. Pharmacist 24/7 always in the ER. V special population demographic. Many travelers keep on returning year after year. The only issue is housing, many RVers.
