ER travelers--avoid! Very short staffed. I had 9 rooms assigned to me in the ER. They d/c pt's in/out w/out telling nurses because they care about the #'s. No help from staff. Charge nurse didn't like travelers. Never met the ER manager (who used to be a traveler!) Would not train me on Medhost. Schedule all travelers for every weekend. NO break
