The culture of this floor is unprofessional. The morale is low. The nurse’s are petty and treat each other with disrespect. There is a lot of down time resulting in constant gossiping and slander. The travel nurses are made to have a rotating schedule ( 1 month on days and one month on nights etc). Ratios on days are 2-3:1 and nights are 4-5:1.
