The good is you nearly always get your lunch. Very few breaks but yes to a lunch. The assignments are even, run hard most of the shift but there is usually a short reprieve in12 hours. The bad is you will work all the shifts, days mids and nights in the same week. Pay is good and you are appreciated, included and treated with kindness.
