Orientation nightmare, preceptor hostile (1yr exp), had an extreme personality conflict with me (7yr) would not communicate, ended writing me up for entering an assessment incorrectly, but wouldn't show me the way she wanted it done, the DON termed me based an email I have yet to see, and did NOT even ask my side of the story. Horrible experience
