Harassment worse than typical traveler harassment. Literally shut out by Filipino majority of nurses, who would either not speak, give false codes to doors, or tell management if they (correctly or incorrectly) saw you making a mistake, instead of approaching you. I try to keep my head down the whole time I was there, but went home and cried all night.
