Everyone is super nice once you get to know them. I have major concerns regarding staffing and patient ratios. There are 31 patients on the floor and you can have anywhere from 3 to 6 patients depending on staffing. One nurse tech is also the normal not the exception for this floor. That leaves you responsible for total patient care.
