Great pay, bad ICU environment. Floated to Step-down daily, but that's ok. Didn't feel safe working in ICU. Travelers do 12, staff does 8. Friendly Srepdown staff. Friendly doctors. ICU has a high school mentality with groups of who will help and who will not. Manager does not have your back and a lot of Management changes which is never good.
