Staff was amazing. Management was awful. Did not stick to their word and quick to cancel travelers if not willing to comply with their requests. Very busy ER 4 to 1 ratios. 3 to 1 for trauma. Often no regard for acuity of patients. nurse would be given high acuity patients at the same time with minimal to no assistance. Often hold in the ER for days
