5:1 ratio nurse does q4h vitals.accuchecks.Lasix drips..1 tech sometimes none for 20-30pt good luck finding them.assistant nurse managers are beyond NEGATIVE. I seriously cant think of 1 nice or encouraging thing they said the whole assignment to anyone. they have nurses that chart check everything!
