I have a lot of likes and dislikes here, but overall I do not think I would go back. Kaiser pays well, and most of the staff was great to work for. I met some really nice people. Some staff could make or break your shift. I think the reason I wouldn't go back is because I was literally floated to 2-3 different units within my 1 shift, so double triple work.

Cancelled two weeks into the contract, I was in last day of orientation. Facility fabricated clinical errors to rationalize their cancellation of the contract and further degraded my integrity with absurd allegations attacking my clinical skills. Facility refused to produce proof of alleged actions, ( I suspect low census and over hired contracts for LD.)
