No PICU as advertised, staff is mean, don't help, talk badly about travelers, management is awful, no idea what's going on and also dislike travelers. No one here seems to be on the same page about anything. Assignments change every minute because staff don't think they should have to take patients. Never again
Nurse manager said “you are the highest paid traveler and we can get 2 for the price we are paying you”. AMN (my agency) said we shouldn’t have asked for so much (even though they agreed to the high rate and the contract was signed).
