65 bed ER. contract cancelled after I inquired supervisor about hospital ED protocol to transfer STEMI patients properly, none could be found, nurses acted like did not know proper procedure, night sup was asleep.orientation was less than 10 hrs on a floor, told not to worry about serious cases, they don't happen there. Had 2 STEMI's back to back last shift
