Not travel friendly. Travelers are assigned more patients than staff happened on more than one occasion. Were told we are not allowed to sit at the nursing station unless discharging a patient. Must chart from inside the patients room. Some of the Assistant nurse managers are not helpful when you ask for assistance. They use you as a float nurse.
