The most disorganized hospital I've ever been to. This was a crisis contract because they had no staff. 12 bed unit that mostly had patients on the unit that did not need to be there. Ratio's were 1:2-3. There's one intensivist and he only worked during the day 0_0 and he wasn't assigned to all the patients (stupid). No tube system.
