Permanent staff will have 2 stable babies while Travelers have 3-4 patients and are running their fannys off! No continuity of care with Travelers. If doing 2 or 3 shifts in a row, you get a different assignment every single night. 11 shifts left when Contract was cancelled.👎🏼
